Stopped by as i needed a pick me up while driving though the area. Ordered through the app. Drinks were made real fast and the order was correct. The staff was very polite and friendly. The place was clean and well maintained. I will say the drive thru setup is weird. The line that forms blocks the entrance. Need to redesign that.
I ordered a coffee and a pumpkin muffin through the app on 9/5/22. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I found the coffee on the counter but no sign of the muffin. I politely informed the staff that my order was missing the muffin, but no one seemed to acknowledge me, not even the manager. After a few minutes, a staff member walked past me without saying a word and went into the back room. When she returned to the drive-thru, she still did not address the issue, while the manager stood nearby in silence. Feeling ignored, I finally expressed my frustration, asking for assistance. The manager then responded with a rude attitude, saying that the muffin needed icing. I pointed out that better customer service would have been to communicate this earlier instead of ignoring my initial inquiry. I reached out to customer service via email on the same day, but did not receive the promised call from the franchisee. After following up by phone earlier this week, I was assured that my complaint would be escalated and treated as a priority. However, I have yet to receive any further communication despite the elevated status of my complaint.
Coffee fine... but 640am today I went there and ordered there stuffed croissant... one for me, one for my husband by the time i got home I was sicker then ive ever been in all my life... so thank you davis street dunkin for the 13$ food poisoning, appreciate it.
The restaurant closes at 9pm, but twice this week they have closed at 8:40pm. It seems like they have trouble keeping track of time.
