To be honest, I believe this is the top Dunkin Donuts in the Scranton area. The employees consistently greet me warmly and the food is delicious and served hot. My coffee is always made correctly. The staff is friendly and efficient. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars without hesitation. I have been coming to this location for nearly 2 years and have never been disappointed.
Travis and Chantel are amazing! Their caramel coconut iced coffee is truly the best. They got me hooked on it, and they created it themselves. If you're looking to try a new coffee, this is the one to try! It tastes just like an almond joy.
