The beef is of good quality, the bread is fresh, and everything is overall delicious. The interior is clean and the staff is friendly. While Cosmos ranks second in my book, it is likely the best in the entire valley. For me, Philly Steaks on Main Street in Stroudsburg takes the top spot, while Tony Luke's in The Casino comes in last. Having worked as a professional cook for a decade, I share this review with both humility and expertise.
