Colarusso's Pizza Catering Minooka

The double crust white was good...not great. The red pizza was terrible. They use par-baked shells instead of fresh dough. The sauce and cheese just lay on top. Colarusso 's has great sauce but you would never know it. It 's like the sauce is painted on the shell. Could be ketchup...

I recently dined at Colarusso's, which is conveniently located in my neighborhood, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! There’s nothing on the menu that I would consider bad. We ordered mozzarella sticks, cheesy fries, a chicken bacon ranch hub, meatballs with cheese, and a simple order of dry wings with a side of mild sauce. The service was quick and friendly. The dining area was clean and quiet; they were decorating for the holiday season, and it looked lovely with the lights and the tree. As for the prices, you can’t beat $10 for a delicious pizza like Colarusso’s! I highly recommend this place!

The pizza tasted just as good as always. The owner was on-site, unloading a truck, and the roads were in poor condition. They really shouldn’t extend their hours, but I appreciated the owner's willingness to come in early the day before when I called. He made the pizza for my mother, who lives on the other side, so I could visit her. I’m grateful for his effort on our behalf.

Are they only open on weekends now? I really love her pizza!
