Buffalo Wild Wings - Scranton

I was a little annoyed. The fact that they were obviously Frozen boneless chicken wings that were not really warm they'd barely put any sauce on the boneless chicken wings. We got a pulled pork sandwich that was very very small. And they put the littlest amount of on the sandwich I mean they probably put like two tablespoons worth of meat on the sandwich. It was very very disappointing I will not be going there again.

Our waitress yesterday was Melissa. Never asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks, nor bothered to tell us they didn’t have any mac and cheese left, UNTIL our food came out and we noticed she didn’t bring it out. Food was really good as usual, but it seems like every time we go, we get stuck with the same nasty waitress.

Not the place I remember pre covid. The waitress was great. The food was not what was expected. The first dinner I got was cold buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The replacement was not cold but they just gave me some chicken nuggets on top with wing sauce it was not made with care. The French fries were small shoestring fries. We will go back in a while once things ramp up even more but for now holding off.

I have placed an online order of wings and fries! I like my wing crispy, so I called immediately after my order to let me know that I wanted to crispy her! So I go to the restaurant to pick up my food, 3 workers went seeing me and not talking or asking if I needed help! when the host came, she went back to get my order! after 10 minutes came home to get my food and open my pommes, they were burned and cold. as if they had been eating all day and that I got the last of them terrible. then opened my wings first they were not crispy sauce was on some of the chickens more down and warm! if I spend $30 for eating it should at least be as serious! how do they think they wouldn't give it to their dog! so upset

We were waiting for it in less than a minute and eating came out quickly. it was delicious. great service!
