Adezzo - Feedback

Was Jace Rose Malmquist at Adezzo a mag?
The coffee itself was good not bad or great (I think housemade syrups would take the coffee up to 5/5) but the pastries... my gosh. Food is usually beside the point when I go to a coffee shop, but the LEMON CHEESECAKE and peanut butter balls here are TRULY great! 5/5 for the food, and if I lived locally, I'd be back often. What Lena K dislikes about Adezzo:
This coffee shop has a charming and unique interior decor, but unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. There was no smile or greeting from the staff. When my friend and I started looking at the menu, the barista actually walked away from the register, even though it wasn't busy—just the two of us. We had to wait for the barista to return to the register in order to place our drink order. View all feedback.

Ask for a Honey Almond Latte w/ cinnamon, you won’t regret it.Stopped in to grab a snack to hold me over til lunch and got a coffee on a whim. They had a honey pistachio latte as a special which sounded good, unfortunately they were out of pistachio but the barista said she could make a honey almond latte for me instead and was kind enough to ask if I liked cinnamon to add to the flavor profile. The short of the long is, the staff is caring, friendly, and thoughtful enough to try and make customers happy when possible.
The barista was a tornado of activity, and the coffee was amazing. Eclectic spot, kinda off the beaten path, but also in the middle of the city. We’ll be back for sure!
I'm a self-proclaimed coffee snob, so I was pleasantly surprised by their regular drip coffee. I'm confident that their espresso-based specialties, desserts, and other menu items are just as impressive. The decor is intimate and welcoming. If the place were larger, it would be a great spot for the winter months.
