What User doesn't like about The Capital Grille:
Ordered a fillet medium rare and when delivered it was well done. Sent it back and got another steak. This one was under cooked . Was more like rare rather than medium rare. Steaks did not have good flavor. Probably will not eat there again unless they get a better cook and better flavored steaks. View all feedback.

Capital Grille really exceeded our expectations, and we won’t forget this experience.
The food and service were excellent, and the birthday dessert was absolutely delicious!

My steak was over cook and the ribeye steak quality is not good. too much fat it is slow service.
There was a wonderful maitre d’ plus our server, Jody, was outstanding. We were seated right away. I loved the seared tuna and soy-glazed Brussels sprout combination. The desert for my husband’s birthday was lovely.
