Shake Shack Fashion Square - Scottsdale

Unfortunately, my initial impression of the staff was not very pleasant. The woman taking orders seemed reluctant to answer any questions. When I asked about the avocado burger, she curtly informed me that it was just chicken and avocado. I then inquired about the sauce, and after she confirmed there was one, I had to ask again what it was, as it was my first visit. I found it awkward to ask about anything else on the menu since she clearly didn't want to engage in conversation. While the food was really good, considering the price, the atmosphere, and the service, I don't think I would return anytime soon. This visit took place yesterday, May 7th, around 4 PM.

The burger was delicious and juicy. Our food was ready just 10 minutes after we placed our order. However, the cashier overlooked one item, so we had to wait in line to reorder. Additionally, both the restroom and dining area were a bit messy.

Shake Shack was fantastic! Every member of the family found something delicious to enjoy. The shakes were incredible, and the bacon and cheese fries were to die for. The burgers were excellent, and the chicken bites were absolutely mouthwatering. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

It?s really good, don?t be wrong, however in n out beats the price. They are both very different establishments, but it?s easy to compare. It?s just a little bit more pricey, that?s all. It?s amazing, so if you?ve haven?t tried it?.go have yourself a shack burger!!

Not fond of the service. Was waiting for 5 minutes before someone helped me. I asked what the limited time drinks were and the employee responded, ?Strawberry and blackberry pineapple.? I asked but what kind of drink are they, ?I don?t know.? So I asked if they were lemonade and she said they?re all lemonade. Fries definitely needed more salt and almost tasted like they needed to change the oil? Not overly impressed.
