Ramen Hood - Scottsdale

I ordered from this restaurant on GrubHub tonight, thinking it would be a safe choice since it's in Scottsdale. I'm truly shocked by how bad it was. I wouldn't even feed the chicken to my dog—no exaggeration, that's how bad it was. My stomach is churning. This has to be one of the worst meals I've ever had. Food rating: 1/5.

I met a friend here for lunch, and it was quite enjoyable! The ordering process is straightforward—you place your order using a machine, and then one staff member brings your food to you. Unfortunately, our waiter didn’t seem very enthusiastic about being there. However, the food was tasty, and the broth was excellent. I appreciated the option of chicken instead of the usual pork. The parking situation isn't great since it's located right off a main road, but entering and exiting is simple. Overall, we would recommend this place to others.

Delicious! The portions are huge—one bowl could easily serve two people. The only downside was that the gyoza was cold in the center. Vegetarian options include veggie broth and tofu.

I really appreciated the full customization options and the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. It's a true hidden gem, and I highly recommend it. Food: 5/5.

I absolutely love this place! They make ordering and customizing your meal really easy. The interior is nice and clean, featuring both large tables and smaller individual ones, which can double as workstations while you enjoy your meal in privacy—very cool! The flavors are amazing, and the ramen bowl is huge; I ended up taking half of it home. The food is truly fantastic, and I highly recommend it!
