Really great meal at Jade Pinnacle Peak. Egg rolls were fabulous. Best we’ve had since leaving NY. Spare ribs were large and meaty. Both the sweet n sour chicken and Kung Pao delicacies were top notch. Only misses shrimp with sautéed vegetables was too salty and the dumplings were too doughy. I’d give 5 stars but $200 for 3 people with three beers is a bit high. Can’t wait to go back after the holidays with the regul... View all feedback.
What Mayur Shah doesn't like about Jade Palace:
Went for a 3:00 PM afternoon lunch yesterday with my girlfriend Went to the men’s restroom. As I washing my hands with soap, a Chinese chef was in the next stall who came and just rinsed his hands without using soap. Ordered Kung Pao chicken, shrimp fried rice. Had a horrible diarrhea all night and sat in the pottie all night. Avoid…avoid….avoid Filthy chefs in the kitchen. View all feedback.
This is a real nice fine dine Asian Restaurant. The owners are there daily and all the servers are on point. The food is great can get a little crowded. Food and drinks are very expensive, so just prepare for that!!!
This is one of my favorite places in phoenix!!! the atmosphere is the best!
Excellent food great service can’t wait to come back!

I’ve eaten in and had take out here over the past 3 4 years. I guess I would prefer things a bit different certainly when dining in. For some odd reason I w/like a more relaxing atmosphere. I’d prefer dining to relaxing Chinese melodies over the tunes of Journey and Pure Prarie League. The NY egg rolls are fairly good, but overpriced. There’s no need to serve them cut in half to cool down quickly. I prefer them served whole and piping hot. I ordered a combination dish of shrimp, pork and scallop w/vegetables. No ability to substitute fried rice for tasteless brown rice. The scallops were poorly cooked and tasteless while the pork was overcooked. Not worth the price. And not a place I could recommend to anyone.
