Great location and high quality services. Jay was Awesome and very attentive. Need more people in the industry like him. He was first class at his work helped my order choices that put me in the right direction I ma very pleased; Perhaps he should get a raise, or a paid day off. What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Food is great, but every time I come here they mess up my order and they are never busy lol. I paid for guacamole and chips, got no chips. I ordered Double Chicken tostada with No rice, they gave me extra rice and no beans with 4 small pieces of chicken. View all feedback.

The service was excellent! Thank you to manager Sandy for always providing the best experience. Many Hispanics in the area will appreciate that delicious chicken we enjoy almost every day. We genuinely prefer eating chicken over burgers.
Ordered small chicken tortilla soup, 1 chest, 2 avocados. Rigoberto took my order, very helpful and poured my soup. Perfect balance of vegetables chicken, large spices, lemon included. Get back for more! My only concern is how hot the soup is.
Although I had never eaten there before, I had the pleasure of trying it yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious! I need to go back and enjoy another meal. The person at the register was incredibly friendly, and the food was simply outstanding! We could definitely use a restaurant like that in my town.
Ordered a double chicken salad. Let me tell you the original chicken recipe has changed. They use mask. Great fast service. Dining area was clean. Usually not busy. They still sell the horchata or sweet rice drink. Enjoy their ocassionally changing menu example beef barbacoa Hopefully they don't close this location.
