What Lilith Morningstar doesn't like about Arizona Bbq Shack:
Open Table made a mistake. The BBQ Shack was closed, so I tried to cancel my reservation and make one at Fogo de Chao instead. However, Open Table kept directing me back to the closed BBQ Shack and told me to call them to cancel. No one answered because the restaurant was closed, causing me to lose 1000 dining points at Fogo de Chao and a lot of frustration. I hope Open Table will credit me points and improve their s...
