Lovely room, huge bed very clean and comfortable. Superfast free WiFi. Fab breakfast and super staff. Could not fault it. Super value for money.!will come again!

I highly recommend checking out this pub. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service, from ordering drinks to getting food, is exceptional. The food itself is excellent and definitely worth trying.

We spent one night at The Queens Head Hotel to celebrate with family. The dinner menu had a variety of options at a reasonable price. The quality was excellent, though there was a small issue with a steak being cooked rare instead of medium as requested. The waitress was fantastic and took care of the issue, offering a free dessert to make up for the mistake. The desserts were delicious and the cheeseboard was impressive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing a good night's rest. The TV had a wide selection of channels, although I struggled to navigate it due to my lack of IT skills. The breakfast was top-notch, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Queens Head Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kelso, a charming Borders town worth visiting.

A fantastic Saturday night in the Queens Head with the rugby playing. The bar staff are really lovely and welcoming. Next morning a fantastic full breakfast with coffee and toast at a great price. Again great service friendly and accommodating. Will totally be recommending to family, friends and work colleagues in the years to come. Tapadh leat!

I also enjoyed a beer here in the afternoon, which was enjoyable. Dinner service was slow but satisfactory. I ordered the surf and turf, which was a generous portion. The kids ordered burgers, but there was some confusion with the orders. Fortunately, they made up for it with ice cream desserts.
