I had breakfast at this restaurant on a busy Thursday morning (right before a mums group arrived with 7 buggies!). The coffee was strong and delicious, and the bacon rolls were fantastic. The service was very friendly and accommodating.
We had a lovely lunch sitting in garden in the sunshine. Great menu, great selection of food. Very reasonable prices. Our lunch tasted fab. Great friendly service too!
Stayed at the Caddon View of which Cafe Sitooterie is part of. The dinner of Roast venison with crushed new potatoes and braised leeks was delicious, followed by a raspberry cafloutis was equally good, along with a very nice Merlot. Would definitely recommend .
After reading many glowing reviews of this restaurant, we were excited for a delightful lunch. The service was warm and friendly, and our dishes arrived quickly. However, we were a bit disappointed. While there were many interesting and fresh options on the menu that we were eager to try, the sourdough pancakes were greasy, though they had crunchy textures and were topped with delicious poached eggs and flavorful guacamole. The macaroni cheese was decent but lacked excitement. The outdoor seating area didn't offer the best ambiance on a windy, rainy autumn day. Unfortunately, this restaurant wasn't for us.
