Soul Bowls - Scotch Plains

First time here after lurking their Instagram for years and WOW! Service is excellent, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The lady with white hair was extremely kind and patient with me as I ordered for the first time. Bowls are around the same price as chain smoothie bowls but much higher quality. Amazing flavor, atmosphere, and staff!

I want to start out by saying I REALLY enjoy the food here I usually get a make your own bowl and everything is so fresh. Last time I went I also got a juice and it may have been one of the most delicious juices I have ever drank! I was really disappointed in the service, however. When I ordered, I was given a time frame of 20 25 minutes. I could tell that they had a lot of orders both in person and online in the queue and the bowls are totally worth that wait. About 40 minutes went by and when I took a look around I realized that people who ordered well after me had already received their orders. The nice woman at the counter asked me for my name again, and after 50 minutes I got my 2 item order. I know they work hard and I am sure I just caught them on an off day, but had I known I was going to have to wait double the time promised, I would not have placed my order at that time (I only get an hour for lunch and was late to my meetings).

Absolutely THE BEST AÇAÍ in the world!! It is my addiction and I have to have it at least once a week!! The staff is amazing and always welcoming.

Bowls are absolutely delicious and so fresh! A treat you don't have to feel guilty about! We have gotten take out, delivery, and dined in, all experiences were awesome. I wish there were more sizes available for the shirts. This is a great spot to grab a bowl for your soul!

My first time here. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. I will be coming back to try more flavors!
