What bobby doesn't like about Mi Cozumel:
PTSD PATIENTS DO NOT GO HERE!! Without warning, they play extremely loud bass drums and fireworks that set off fire alarms for celebrations. While it’s clear that it is meant in create a celebratory atmosphere, it triggers PTSD patients. The food is good, but it’s too bad that they can’t either start with a warning or scale back the sudden and excessive noise to make it tolerable for people with this condition. View all feedback.
I was looking for a place with a fun atmosphere to improve a rainy day, and this did the job!The aesthetic is colorful and eclectic, the music is loud, there are drinks with fireworks, and birthday celebrations with drums :)This definitely isn't a place you would like if you are looking for quiet and relaxing.The food was very good in my opinion and in my son's opinion. I got the chicken quesadilla and my son got steak soft tacos... so we went basic in the whole scheme of things, but I really liked that there were onions and cilantro in both, and the meat was very flavorful and juicy. My son said that these were his favorite steak tacos.The hostess definitely could have put a smile on her face, but our server was very friendly and attentive.We live in NKY and this will be our new go-to for Mexican food!

Food is ok. Seems everyone comes for the expensive crazy drinks. If you have enough if those I guess the food doesnt matter as much. Super loud environment.

Even before some of us got out of our seats they were wiping them down. We understand they had a large group waiting but they could have gave us a couple minutes to leave or get out of the way. Besides that incident everything else was excellent!
Food was GREAT!!! Excellent place to take a friend for a Birthday dinner! Fun atmosphere insane drinks!
