Great restaurant, great service and amazing food!!! The chirrinquito is right on the beach and the fish is super fresh as it comes from the shipping fleets in town. Do not miss it!!!

We ate here last Autumn and returned on our first evening back at La Tonnara did Sciaccia. Curiously we shared our flight with UK finance minister Jeremy Hunt, reading Paul Johnson’s “Follow the Money”. Couldn’t make it up!! A simple terrace overlooking the sea, a tartare of the local-pink prawns, a frito misto and perfectly cooked chunks of tuna coated in sesame seeds with a simple caponata. No fuss, no frills and simply all that we could have asked for.
We were in Sciacca in mid May we ate at Venti Bodi two days in the trek Super food super service excellent surroundings We felt very much at home One senses a curiosity and seriousness in the kitchen, we can only give the best recommendations to the young welcoming staff Mary and Mich Angelo
We ate here i think 4 night and last day lunch here all were excellent we tried a few of the staters all very good the fish was cooked very well and the mussels seem to be a speciality i think they do them about a-dozen ways the young staff are very good and are fun the family are very welcoming it was late in year so only i think locals though the season here is very short but thats another story
Glorious location under 100 meters from La Tonnara di Sciacca (see separate rave review) serving the freshest of fish perfectly cooked. This beach front restaurant a couple of kilometres outside Sciacca was so convenient that perhaps we took it for granted and went exploring elsewhere. Lesson learnt!! If it’s on your door step, and every local recommends it — go eat and enjoy. The day’s catch was always on offer, plus very typical (local) specialities involving stunningly fresh raw offerings such as tuna tartar, gamberi rosso (THE local speciality) lots of mussel dishes, seafood based pasta dishes and of course lots of local wines. In fact this must be the restaurant with the lowest air miles of any I’ve eaten in!! Pricing is fairly typical of all the local restaurants so expect to pay 80 100 euros for two — but excellent value for money.
Lovely food great service easy parking adjacent to the restaurant. We hadn’t booked but the were able to find us a table for two looking out over the sea. It was a warm evening and the cool breeze was very welcome. We chose the muscles and had a lovely bottle of wine to accompany the food. We also had a generous plate of chips because we think they go very well with muscles. The prices were very reasonable and the wine excellent but not expensive. Service was polite, professional and prompt. Highly recommended.

Mussels in all sauces and creative preparations, very good fried fish, just in front of the sea: 5 stars with no doubt!
Great restaurant, great service and great food!!! The Chirrinquito is right on the beach and the fish is super fresh as it comes from the cruise fleets in the city. Don't miss it!!!
