Despite my complaints, the fact that the obligation is addressed only to the owners of private firms and their employees, and not to customers, the lady did not want to hear reasons. The brace gives a unique taste and smell, making the chicken soft inside and crisp out. Taste also a delicious chicken roll and also this completely different from what you normally take in gastronomy, at least in northern Italy. Bravo!
