For such h... read more The food quality is excellent. But we noticed that one of the employees (a middle-aged lady) at the counter does not like to attend to the clientele. For such high-priced goods, appropriate customer service would be very friendly.

Due to the rainy weather, the terrace was not... read more I visited Haug to pick up a couple of snacks. Their presentation of products are impressive and looked delicious. Due to the rainy weather, the terrace was not open during the COVID-19 restrictions, so my visit had to be take away only. I sampled their chocolate chip cookie (1.80CHF) and a Nusstengel (2.60CHF). The Nusstengel was delicious, but I was not a big fan of their chocolate chip cookies as they were way too hard and dry, so I would give a pass on the cookie. I‘ll try another visit when in the area and their terrace is open.
