We expected a high-quality service. Unfortunately, due to the structural conditions on site it is quite loud.

We were here the second time and are very surprised how the menu has increased. Optical and tasteful of excellent quality! Thanks for the nice evening!

We were four and enjoyed the evening at the gourmet restaurant Uhle. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Both the 5 and the 7 courses menu were very well prepared and tasted very well! In addition, the small attentions from the kitchen we like to come back.

It was really all perfect just that you had to wait for the next walk and we couldn't see the lights show coming from Boizenburg because we got our 40. But it was still a super nice evening with you and the service super. Thank you.

The visit to the “Gourmetrestaurant Uhle” was an excellent experience for my girlfriend and me. During a short stay in the city of Schwerin and by the recommendation of a good friend, we have become aware of this restaurant. We ordered the 5-course menu with wine tasting. Our expectations were significantly exceeded. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The order of the individual dishes, with regard to their selection and intensity of tastes, was very well matched. The creative realization of the culinary proximity to the region, in and around Schwerin, we have been able to taste at every single walk. Great praise to the two chefs and thank you for this experience!
