What User doesn't like about Perkiomen Pizza Pasta:
I went to this restaurant on a Thursday evening and had to wait for 45 minutes. I understand that some waiting time is normal for delivery, but the problem was that my food took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive. We live nearby so I can't understand why it took so long. Go downhill! The pizza we got last time was over boiled. we often tried to call them before they close the time, they never answered the phone. We mentioned the next time that we were for a pick-up, and said they should call, it's too late to do that now. we tried to demand this week an order and were commissioned for minutes. assumed they forgot that a line was in the course, we called back and said: my man said no, I was only 5 minutes in the hand. the rude girl said that we are busy training someone yes oktober 19th was the last time we will call her again and again.
Tried to order a roast beef and turkey hoagie, and was told they were out of roast beef. Ok, no problem... just a turkey hoagie then. I get the delivery, tip the driver very well, then take a bite of my hoagie to find they only put one slice of meat on it. I called to find out what happened, and as it ends up, they ran out of turkey as well. They did not mention it during the order placing. They did not bother to call to notify that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order. They just made a worthless hoagie and tried to have it slip under the radar. I suppose that they figured that I (the customer) wouldn't notice and/or care, but they were wrong! Instead of a turkey hoagie, I was given a cheese hoagie. I have ordered from these people quite a few times, especially since they are so close, but this is the LAST time. While most of the orders before were ok, a large quantity of them were either missing items, undercooked, overcooked, or just plain bad. Order from this place if you will, but don't be surprised if you have these same issues. To be fair, they offered to refund my sandwich in cash or replace it with something that I hadn't ordered. I told them to keep it and that they have lost a customer for life. I'm tired of getting sub-par food.
Be prepared to wait well over an hour for food that isnt the best, when everyone other place in the area delivers in 30 or under and has way better food.
I've gotten food here a few times now. The pizza is decent, they deliver. The pasta dishes are decent, as well as the soups paninis.
Best pizza place in the county. Unreal good customer service, stayed open when we walked in at 9:58 I haven't seen this good service in Schwenksville in years
