That was not necessary this time. Rather, I would like to justify my forgiven stars. Yesterday evening, my wife and I were in Estanzia. The online reservation portal is really great and works! For this the first star! We arrived from the modern comfortable atmosphere very touched the second star! You get the third star for the kindness that was given from entering to leaving the location. The fourth star goes to the quality of food. The buffet is rich in culinary and national dishes. The Rodizio a beautiful, crazy thing and above all top quality! I have experienced NIE, such an attentive, sensitive and commemorative staff in a gastronomy. Because for religious reasons, I can only count on pork and not consume it, I also care that the tool for preparation (knife, fork, pliers, etc. does not come into contact with it. I experienced the first time that a service power has addressed and implemented this “problematic” from itself. That wasn't all. Meat varieties that came into contact with pig or in some way with pig were not offered at our table. Then the climax.
