There is (so far) no individual selection or daily menus and no sushi menu. Prices are within the usual range. The taste was good. The rice had the right consistency. However, there was too much rice in the Nigris, so there was no taste of the fish. I also know that ginger and wasabi are separated from the rolls by a small plastic strip. Let 's see how things develop with OKI. We continue testing. Second assessment in mid-February 2023: At the end of December 2022 and today I took enough sushi for two people for lunch. What has changed since we launched five months ago? The team of creators has adapted to general needs. The refrigerated shelf is well filled and is constantly being refilled. Unfortunately, since you still can 't choose or order individually, you have to try to find your favorite among the finished boxes. There is a lot of salmon with avocado and some other fish on offer, but also a lot of purely vegetarian options. The spicy wasabi has now been separated using the usual plastic papers. If there are several boxes, we take the sushi out and put it on a plate. After the rolls have been placed in the refrigerator, they can still be at room temperature for a bit. It tastes a little better this way. Even today everything made a very fresh impression. The proportion of fish to rice is good. However, some rolls seem very handy to me when eating with chopsticks given the price. In Berlin sushi restaurants the pieces are usually wider or heavier. The final whistle is still missing when it comes to taste. But of course it 's worlds better than from the refrigerated section of a discount store or similar. Everyone has to make their own price assessment. Otherwise, compared to similar box providers in Berlin, I would give it a good rating and stick with four stars for now.
