This is our absolute favorite restaurant! It's such a wonderful place that we even decided to have our wedding there! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and working with the owner has been a true pleasure. They transformed our wedding into the fairytale we always dreamed of! The food is exceptional— we've tried nearly everything on the menu and have never left disappointed. If it were possible, we’d give this place more than five stars!

I visited this restaurant around 35 years ago with my parents, aunts, and uncles, and I remember it being a very nice place to eat. Recently, my wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there on Saturday, November 26th. The restaurant has been remodeled, but I found the food and service to be excellent. Keep up the great and consistent work!

The service was absolutely exceptional, and I would definitely return! The food was fantastic! The ambiance of the place was wonderful as well—it felt like home to me!

Just okay. We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly. We ordered our main courses about 10-15 minutes after sitting down, but didn’t receive them until 8:00 PM. Two men at our table ordered prime ribs, medium rare, as they should be. However, when they cut into them, the meat was well done. We don’t usually like to complain, but after such a long wait and paying a pricey, market-rate price, they mentioned it to a woman (not our waitress) who stopped by to check on us. They simply said the prime ribs were overcooked and just wanted to let her know—they weren’t asking for replacements. The explanation we got was strange; she said that at 8 PM, you won’t get a medium rare prime rib because they’re cooked at 4 PM, so by that time they're done. So basically, unless you order prime rib between 4:30 and 5:30 PM, you can’t get it medium rare? We’ve never heard of this before. We eat out often, usually at dinner around 7 PM, and have never had trouble getting prime rib cooked to order. It seemed like a very odd policy. If this was the case, we should have been informed when we ordered at 6:45 PM that prime ribs couldn’t be cooked as requested. They did offer us two free desserts to make up for the issue, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, the other food was decent and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had an excellent experience at Summit View during our visit to the area. Our waitress, Angel, was attentive and friendly, and several staff members frequently checked in to ensure we were comfortable. The menu offered a fantastic selection, and every dish from appetizers to dessert was delicious. The drinks were equally impressive, and the stunning views added to the great atmosphere. Portion sizes were generous for the price. We will definitely return to Summit View if we're in the area again—well worth the drive!
