We had to rummage through the trash just to get a refund for a cold sandwich, and the staff was very unhelpful when we asked for a replacement. In the end, we didn’t receive a refund for the original sandwich and had to pay for the new one. Overall, my experience with the customer service was awful.

The young man at the counter was very helpful and prepared a hot fudge brownie sundae for me with chocolate ice cream and sauce, though it was missing the brownie. It seemed like the ice cream offerings weren’t a major priority for the restaurant. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the Goodrich malt I ordered, as it's becoming rare to find places that serve them. Overall, this restaurant is a great option for anyone looking for malts, sundaes, or hand-packed ice cream.
