Come asparagus-season you'll have a great choice of fresh and interesting plates full of regional asparagus. The menu all-year round is not overloaded and simple (in a good sense.) Meat-lovers can order their steaks in small, medium (250g) or big (500g)!The personnel is also the family that owns the restaurant. They are very friendly and can speak at least french, german and english.The garden is beautiful in summer, your ice-cream will taste even better! There's also a good connection via public transport back into Basel.

Mark and Sandie are friendly, warm and very welcoming and I will...be stopping by next time I’m in town.
