Wasabi - SCHOFIELD
Wasabi
Description
This neighborhood favorite pairs standout udon, sushi and hibachi with a hospitable, hardworking team, making it a go-to for birthdays and group celebrations. Dishes are flavorful and worth the slightly higher price, though service can fluctuate—most staff are attentive but slow or brusque on occasion. Single-level, threshold-free access and reservation-friendly seating help accommodate larger parties; note some booths may be uncomfortable for very tall guests. Overall, a lively, reliable spot for memorable Japanese fare.

Great place to get dinner and a show And for the amount of food you get, the price is more than fair! Highly recommend!
The sushi here is fantastic, particularly the salmon! As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is on a single level with no thresholds, making it easy to navigate.
We arrived with 8 people. We expected to wait a bit because we had a larger group…we were seated. We sat for FOURTY MINUTES before the waitress said one word to our table. Before that, the owner brought over 3 hot teas and the waitress helped another 8 top that arrived after we did.She finally came over to our table and said “oh I hear we have to get you ladies in and out of here” and I said “We’ve been here 40 minutes tho” she then said, “well, aren’t ready to help an 8 person table” (even tho they just did)…any ways I then said “I would appreciate a little empathy here” and she said “yeah, okay…are we good to order then or what?”I mean, really? No apology. And just gaslighting and rude.I proceeded to order and she walked away to answer the phone…that’s when the rest of my table said that we were leaving.I’m frustrated because, I have always like Wasabi and their food but, that waitress was beyond rude and gives the place a bad rep.
