The parking lot is full of potholes, making it feel unsafe to drive my car there. Every move feels like a huge bump. The customer service leaves much to be desired, as the staff aren't very friendly – they seem just to be going through the motions. To top it all off, the food is overpriced.

When I returned to the store a few days later to address the mistake, the staff refused to acknowledge the error and told me I should have called on the same day. This has never been a problem for me at any other franchise location I have visited between Tennessee and Wisconsin. If I had been allergic to onions and consumed the sandwich, it could have had serious consequences. This experience is why my grandmother can no longer eat at this restaurant, as they do not take proper precautions to prevent contamination with onions.

When I pointed this out at the restaurant, they refused to make it right and insisted I should have called ahead, which is not a practice I have encountered at any other restaurant in America. I would not recommend dining here, especially considering the staff smokes cigarettes right outside the food ordering area and drive-thru.
