We were there to eat yesterday and received two champignon-frame carvings that were not edible (meat extremely hard). this was courtesy of the service, which to... read more We were there to eat yesterday and received two champignon-frame carvings that were not edible (meat extremely hard). this was courtesy of the service, which told us that complaints at eating are only accepted at the reception!? at the reception we were received directly extremely unfriendly. on demand whether it would be possible to get a new meal, we only got the statement that the other meat would taste the same and that no food would have come back. with this statement was then also adopted into the kitchen again. we asked the service again to the table to get the two carvings for the kitchen back. the service asked if another food would be desired, then please order directly at the kitchen lady (apparently the chefin). this was rejected, however, as a fresh food (curry) could not be prepared, as other guests want to eat! as we were called to meet from the kitchen that the two champignon carvings were then just canceled by the bill, as we were not willing to pay the misfortunes. Finally, both eating were calculated. on demand, we were informed that each food was calculated only halfway, as both were already missing part. difficult is to find out that eating is not edible without tasting it. the next question that arises, how a carving can cost at the price of then after only half the price was calculated!? eat in the farm ploß many thanks, never again!

The room was fine.....but, the wetin and also their employees were extremely unfriendly. the evening we wanted to eat there my friend had birthday. ask if she w... read more The room was fine.....but, the wetin and also their employees were extremely unfriendly. the evening we wanted to eat there my friend had birthday. ask if she would do us the little torte I had brought and be a surprise, on a teller she has rejected for the first time unfriendly. also the one who asks to get the torte in the room was rejected as unfriendly and also gave the service a decision that it should not give us any teller. on the question of what there is to eat, we were very pampered at the map that was hanging out. also the wlan code we did not get. whirlpool prices minutes Euro....Sauna Euro....all in all it was a very bad choice. from this reason we have forced ourselves to break our stay there and to switch to the opposite hotel gasthof tower where we were very friendly received. landgasthof ploss is absolutely recommended in no way!
