If you order online and want to pay at the counter inside, you 're ignored for a while. The pickup number doesn 't even appear on the display, and after 20 minutes, the employee, who unfortunately speaks poor German, calls out the number 245 instead of 145, which caused some irritation. If I have a lot of time, I might go back, but not for a quick snack. Today, on August 4, 2025, I went again for a Grimace Shake. The wait wasn 't quite as long as last time. Nevertheless, you 're ignored for a while at the counter when you pay. The shake didn 't have cream, but it did have ice cubes.

However, the wait time for food has increased significantly; on average, people wait 40 minutes for their order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time, and the staff is unfriendly. The food could also be hotter. We won't be going there again.
