This gasthof was right next to our apartment. practical if they only have to fall from the apartment over the road to the local. the first attempt on our day of... read more This gasthof was right next to our apartment. practical if they only have to fall from the apartment over the road to the local. the first attempt on our day of arrival, a Saturday. for unknown reasons was closed in the evening. but the owners were in front of places and asked if we were looking for a room. art piece, a rent is attached to the gasthof. we didn't need that, but asked if it was open on Sunday night. yes, from 17.00 clock was said. the kitchen is in operation until 21.00 h. we could adapt well. so we came back on Sunday night. because the beautiful beer garden was full, we took place inside. we received the cards in a reasonable time, it was asked for drinks. we chose Zwickl beer from the barrel. on the map stood various frying, as it is evidently usual in franken Sundays. to eat another French kitchen such as sausage or ice-skating. I ordered sour roast, which is served in this antidote without rust, for which with lebcake sauce. my companion tried the Franconian sausages. both were delicious. food and drink prices were very popular. you're not getting poor. the atmosphere was family-run. there were many locals in the community. we were treated as if we were known for a long time. the owner who stood in the kitchen came after the kitchen and spoke to us. Unfortunately we could only enjoy this once: the next day was closed company, from Tuesday business holidays (in Bavaria were still celebrated.) nevertheless: we can only recommend one visit in this place. it is centrally located behind the marketplace, they only have to go through the city gate.
