And yesterday we were there as repeat offenders and enjoyed our wedding day with all our senses. The trio Nik, Jessi and Moni acted perfectly. Nik once again led us through the evening in a very interesting and entertaining way and gave us delicious food. We'll be back, definitely. Lara and Nick led the meat butchering course very professionally and pleasantly. The pork and beef samples were absolutely delicious, accompanied by a perfectly paired wine from the butcher in the Palatinate region. A complete success all around; it's well worth the long journey. There were guests from Karlsruhe, Cologne, and Saxony-Anhalt.
