I had the cordon blue after I had just asked if he was baked. well, it warns....Deep rides with zero taste, not even the cheese or ham inside had some taste. it was served with deep bratkartoffels. pretty heavy, the tasty potato they have in Austria to melt! but they were bad. my man had a pork dish that was even cooked on the inside. they were good, but it wasn't eating. nice staff.

We eat here 3 times in our week in schladming and we loved it. his family run and very personal, eating is very good and very favorable, like the drinks. we arr... read more We eat here 3 times in our week in schladming and we loved it. his family run and very personal, eating is very good and very favorable, like the drinks. we arrived on the 23rd evening after schladming and had our first dinner in the schattleitner. conny (the chef) chased us out when we realized that everything in Austria is closed on the holy evening and we had a completely empty refrigerator in the apartment! conny gave us gladly broth rolls, tee bags and milk for the morning, everything free. we have returned 2 more paints and were always very happy with eating and service.

The meals were superb not one complaint. Even the vegan was delighted. A must go to restaurant.
