Bread wasn’t bad but the sandwich was airport quality, wrapped in cello. In fact, from the wrapper you can see it’s made by bracamonte which is basically like Sysco. Maybe they recently outsourced. Schipol has been super chaotic, so maybe they had to. A slap of ketchup/peppers on one side with about 1oz of really processed chicken and one slice of cheese. The normal sandwiches looked really nice. Maybe you can ask for more veggies, but they push you through the line so fast that it was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention. Skip it unless desperate.

The price was $5 bucks for a big sandwich, I asked them to warn it up since I’m medium gluten intolerant, and it was just as good. Also make sure to grab some fuzetea black tea peach, and eat at their window enjoying the nice view of the airplanes! Also, close by there’s this store called FINEFOOD and they have gluten free cheese crackers so you can experience it with cheese if you can, they also have some other types of gluten free cookies
