In addition, they were well experienced, as well as able to advise on food/wine decisions. Quality and presentation of courts was exalted. Fresh aromas, beautiful colors and carefully selected details (Garnishes/Blumen/Creisse) to finish each plate. Shares that I consider to be “average”. Had a great evening at this point, thanks to Angieszka Hans.
