Excellent traditional flavors, from tagliatelle in broth with livers to sliced venison.
A modest-sized trattoria on the road leading to Santa Caterina, with parking available. The cuisine is authentic and very good; the menu changes daily. It doesn't feature many dishes, but offers a good selection of ingredients. The prices are very fair, and at lunchtime, they are based on the menu (full or with various options). The staff is friendly and helpful. A must try.
Trattoria located above Poleo di Schio on the road up to Santa Caterina dei Tretti. I've always eaten well here, and I've never had any surprises on the bill. A special dish is the goat risotto (delicious). The only drawback is the noise in the main dining room when tables are full.
Celebrated a friend's birthday... when I arrived, from the outside I was a little disappointed because the impression is that of a common trattoria with plates full of food and simply discreet service, but instead I was pleasantly impressed by the food and by very helpful staff. The menu included 2 starters, 2 first courses, sorbet, 2 second courses, various side dishes and dessert, all washed down with good wine. The dishes, with a presentation from high-class restaurants, were of high quality and I really appreciated the portions which made me eat all the courses without feeling full after the first courses but also without leaving the table hungry.... Overall, an excellent experience that will definitely be repeated. Compliments to the staff and the owner, all very helpful and kind.
