The worst thing is the service; we had to wait twice as long for delivery as we were told, and then we got the wrong meal. When we complained by phone, we were treated very rudely. After several attempts, this is definitely our last order. Vali had my wife's negative review deleted. It seems like they delete all the negative comments here and then come up with a 4.7 rating. But there's also word of mouth.

My boyfriend said last time that your large pizza seemed somehow smaller to him. Today I ordered again, and when I opened the lid, I noticed it too. Although we're certainly not nitpickers, the large pizzas on the menu are listed as 30cm in diameter. The large pizza (Texas was only 27cm in diameter and as thin as a sheet of paper. Why? Even though your prices have gone up, the pizzas have still been small and thin. We also had pasta AOP (very tasty and salad (had the wrong dressing, but it's not that bad . If the pizzas don't become proper pizzas again, we won't order anything else. Because that's not possible. My review from 2022 Ordered for the first time, based on a recommendation. I was able to pick it up on time. We had calzone, pizza bread, pizza Fiorentina, spaghetti AOP, and Italian salad. On top of that, there was a free bottle of Coca-Cola (or Lambrusco with any order over €25. Everything was very, very tasty and hot. The young man who took and served orders (I don't know if it was the manager was extremely friendly! They rotated between three people on a Thursday evening. They even fulfilled special requests. So I'm not surprised that they can't deliver because of small orders, as was criticized in another review. Completely understandable. In times of coronavirus, you first have to find staff for the restaurant. And you have to keep the delivery truck running smoothly. Nobody wants to wait long for their food, and it should be hot, too! I'd be happy to come back soon to pick it up. We highly recommend it; it tastes delicious and is good value for money.
