Bush's Chicken - Schertz

I love the chicken so much I purchased chicken twice in one week. They make amazing chicken! It's always hot, and I love gizzards and livers also. I usually buy the meal with 3 pieces of chicken which includes the ice tea. I call ahead for them. They are always so gracious! Also their sweet tea is phenomenal!Kid-friendliness: The children are usually eating when I walk in to pick up my to go order.Parking: 20 plus parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: They offer handicapped parking, right outside the entrance.

Absolute worst service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I am an Uber Driver and occasionally driver Uber Eats. I waited 45 mins for an 2 simultaneous orders. All while 8 vehicles in the drive thru were served and at least 6 dine in customers were served. Also, another food delivery driver who came in 15 mins after I was there waiting was served and he left. I said something about the wait time and that driver barked back at me that I had 2 orders and I needed to shut up. Then the guy behind the counter said we are short staffed, Bro . I replied to him to address me as sir and not bro . He then stared me down like he was going to come from behind the counter. The manager also told me that they were short staffed. (There were 5 employees and the manager there). I told her that I work by delivery and she worked by the hour. Me waiting was costing me precious time and money. She replied to me to fill out an application and come work there by the hour. This was not her problem . I soon there after received the deliveries and I promptly left. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.

My family and I wanted to try a new fried chicken place and it did not disappoint! We showed up at 6:30 on a Wednesday and everything was hot and fresh! We had the tender family meal with fries, gravy and mashed potatoes and we loved it! The chicken is crunchy but not too crunchy that it tears up the roof of your mouth ?. The yeast rolls were fluffy and delicious! Customer service was good! Try it!

Tried this for the first time at the church pot luck lunch then it has become my favorite fried chicken in Texas! We love to have our lunch at the Bush's Chicken and try their different menus; besides fried chicken they also have baked chicken chicken gizzards (first time to have fried chicken gizzards and love it! And their fried okra is so good! The store manager is friendly helpful ?

We did a takeout. We didn't know what was going on when we first drove through. First time trying it out on a Sunday night. No drive through lanes, just followed people and figured it out. The servers came out with their order sheet. There is a huge menu on the wall outside but no prices on them. Chicken was alright, and the fries were alright too. Service was quick and good. It was a smooth drive through. I'd order again if I wanted something quick and everywhere else is busy. I think it's a little pricey and the prices could go down a little.
