I just wanted to say AWESOME job to the staff working tonight. The outdoor crew treated the 1,000 cars in line PERFECTLY haha. Although the line was long, I came out quickly with our dinner. s/o to the guy who leads the line... I think his name was TJ? He motivated the staff to move all customers... Love this place!
The Schertz Chick-fil-A has the best customer service! My family loves to visit, and we think that Stephanie is exceptional! Thanks for going beyond and beyond, every time.
Best service ever!!! Through the ride thru on 9:38 and young ladies were an absolute joy. The Intercomm and one in the window were the most polite and delightful servers of all time. They deserve so many awards. You just don't get a service anymore! Good made ladies!!!
I always loved every Chick-fil-A. I really appreciate how nice the staff are and the food is always fresh.
Today it was sprinkling. Your location had a young gentleman holding umbrellas for patrons coming in to eat. That was so unexpected. Way to go above and beyond service.
