My first exper... read more Haven't eaten at an Arby's in years, usually others have not so great reviews. After I read the reviews for the Schertz location I gave it a try. My first experience was the drive through. Had a pleasant experience. Quick and fresh order. Recently had adine in meal. Restaurant was clean, service was great, good came out quick, curly fries were super fresh. My husband rang thebell as we were leaving. Happy I have this place a try!!!

And this is how they dont care went thru drive thru and I get arby sauce pack like this..

I had my phone which had mobile pay on it but the you... read more So I forgot my wallet in all seriousness and didnt realize until after I had ordered in the drive through. I had my phone which had mobile pay on it but the young man at the window tells me they do not accept that, so I am thinking oh well sorry I orderedand wasted their time and food, the incredible young man at the drive through window pulls out his wallet and gets out a $20pays my $13 and change bill out of his money!!! Wow I promised him I would come back and pay him he insisted that it was notnecessary!! What?!? How incredible of this young man to be this genuinely good hearted. I drive home happy with my food, sit andeat and think wow over and over. I get my elusive wallet and drive back walk in to give him a $20 and thank him for paying forme and being so nice about it. Incredible!

Everyone, from the drive-thru attendant to the store manager, was friendly and welcoming. They served me five minutes before closing with the same kindness throughout. They even looked after my dog. Truly excellent customer service!
