The restaurant just felt dirty. The floors were incredibly sticky and the bathroom was an absolute nightmare. You could tell that the workers didn't care about how their place of work was represented. Our food was served 10 minutes apart which is crazy because again, there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. The food was surprisingly good and that cook knew what he was doing. Our waitress Joy was an absolute sweetheart! I think it would be beneficial for the GM to have a conversation with their employees about cleanliness because that ruined the experience for us.
The service was weirdly awkward. The food was warm and fries were very old Tasted like it was reheated. The place is outdated... Please don't waste your time!
Kudos to Keisha because she be working here tail off. This is the second time we have been to Fridays and this young lady is the only server working. Keisha is diligent, efficient and attentive to all of her customers. My food has always been hot when it comes out and the order is correct. I love her being my server, but I do not like that she has to work an entire restaurant on her own, that is not fair. TGI Friday, do you think this is fair to this young lady?!?! I know you all can't make people come to work, but at least, there should be someone on staff who can assist her. This is becoming ridiculous! Just out of curiosity, is there a manager on staff? Because this is the third time I've been here, and I have not seen anyone working but her. She is doing everything, and it's getting out of hand. I would suggest training your managers to be able to assist their service staff. TGIF, let's do better!
I ordered TGI Fridays through Doordash so keep that in mind when reading my review. I chose here since I wanted an affordable steak and ribs. I also kept my expectations lower than normal, since I know this is a chain and I was having the food delivered. I ordered the Sirloin w/Broccoli and added a 1/2 slab of ribs. I ordered the steak medium well. The broccoli was the best part of the meal. It actually didn 't look that great but had good flavor. It may have been overcooked a bit, but still edible. The potatoes were just bland. The steak was definitely OVERCOOKED. Not only was it tough, but there was also no pink at all in the middle. I know better, but I tried. It was a failure. Never again. The 1/2 slab of ribs had some decent meat on the bones, but no flavor. It was terribly bland. They didn 't come with any extra sauce either, which may have enhanced them a bit. The best part was the wet naps they sent I got 4 packets of them. Also, I do not recommend it. Lastly, the worst item I had was the Cesar Salad. Boy was this awful. I 'm not sure who is on quality control, but the lettuce was brown, wilty, and the dressing tasted awful, and was already on the salad. I 'm sure it was made up in advance and had been sitting in a cooler. An order came in with a Cesar salad and someone said, I found one in the back, no date on it, but we can send it anyway! That 's it. Fail on the food quality for sure. The fact that I ordered through Doordash might make a little difference, but the food quality shouldn 't suffer that bad.
Horrible service. After waiting 25 minutes for a drink should have been a sign to leave. Two people couldn't even eat due to horrible wrong food. Poor management. I would not even give this a one. I have never been so disappointed. I didn't even get food. DO NOT GO! Absolutely horrible the restrooms were dirty and not useable!
