But I was able to make it into the c... read more I’ve been a fan of Teibel’s my entire life. Having lived out of town for 20 years, though, it’s rare I’m able to get there. But I was able to make it into the cafe tonight, and the chicken meal was as good as I remember it being (that breading is my favorite, and I’m such a fan of the vinegar-based coleslaw). What I really want to give a shoutout to, though, is the serving staff. Our server was wonderful. She couldn’t have been more kind or attentive, and even offered us a way to get a cheaper meal (lunch menu instead of a dinner entree). But the whole team should be commended for the professionalism with which they handled two separate disgruntled guests who book ended our visit. These men behaved like children, berating the staff with name calling, swear words and racial slurs. It was disgusting. The staff was calm and professional the entire time, giving the men much more respect than they deserved. I hope the men who came in tonight and behaved that way hop on here to leave their own reviews so that they can read the following (the servers were too kind and composed to say this to you, but I will): 1. Your behavior was sad and pathetic. 2. Please go get the therapy you clearly desperately need. If you for one second believe you appropriately handled an unwanted tomato in your salad or a messed up to-go order, please revisit points one and two above.

Our tab did not include the discount, and wh... read more Ordered two lake perch 'moderate ' dinners which our server confirmed were covered by the 25% anniversary discount. Our tab did not include the discount, and when I questioned the server, she said the manager told her the 'moderate ' did not qualify for the discount. Ordering the 'full ' dinner would have cost less. The manager should have honored the discount since the server said it qualified. Teibel 's lost a customer.

The chicken Alfredo comes with bell pepper and onion, you don't even know that it's on there until brought out. Was VERY disappointed.
