The waiters were all very friendly and professional, as they were when we visited for the first time a year ago. None of us was German, and it was not a slightest problem to order anything. I had asparagus with salmon filet from the seasonal menu. Asparagus was perfectly cooked, not bitter or woody at all. Accompanying sauce hollandaise was home-made. The portion was very generous. I found it a bit too pricey for what it was though, but this was somehow to expect as it is a hotel restaurant. I also liked the look of the salads that some my friends had. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

Salmon, potato soup like I have not had, and the dessert seemed to be on the small side: orange mousse with himbeeren sauce but it proved to be more than enough. Service was great. Very elegant, formal, but comfortable

Juste attention à la cuisson de la viande de boeuf. Pas facile d'obtenir un steak "bleu". autre particualirité (mais fréquente en Allemagne). Vous n'avez pas terminé l'apéritif qu'on vous sert déjà l'entrée...prix raisonnables

The food, well, I had kale with smoked pork loin, smoked sausage, and pork belly. The pork belly was 100% fat with no meat. Who eats something like that, just fat? I sent it back; it was unacceptable. So, the price-performance ratio is quite expensive for what...

The team was incredibly attentive – without being intrusive. They checked in several times to make sure everything was alright, children's cutlery and a highchair were already set, and overall, you had the feeling that every single guest was truly seen and valued. Many small details that are often missing – especially these days – were taken for granted here. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back!
