The pizza was in the oven too long the last two times. Prices have already been significantly increased.

Actually everything was fine, but we were there on Sunday and it was very cold because it's an open-air shopping center without heating, which unfortunately makes it uncomfortable.

The food was truly awful. We ordered tortellini with Pagano and calamari with cocktail sauce. The tortellini tasted like cardboard straight from the fridge, with a white sauce and a bit of bacon. The calamari was supposed to be fresh, according to the waitress, but it definitely wasn't. It was completely unseasoned, had no flavor, and was extremely fatty. I tried to eat the food anyway because it was quite expensive, but I just couldn't—the taste was simply awful. When we asked for the bill, the waitress came over and asked how the food was. I honestly told her what I thought, but she didn't take it well. But the reason I'm commenting here isn't just the taste. About 30 minutes after eating, both my wife and I got severe stomach aches. There's definitely something wrong with the food there.

A frozen pizza comes to the table, that's just not acceptable.

I've been a loyal customer for years – yesterday I was very surprised that my pizza is apparently now a convenience product, or at least a different one. Until my last visit, it was always wafer-thin and extremely crispy – like from a very good pizza chef with a professional oven. Yesterday's pizza could have come from the supermarket's frozen food section. I can make it at home for a third of the price. I also noticed yesterday that the menu and everything else hasn't changed in years. The guests are all loyal customers from the past. A little fresh air would have been nice, and a fresh perspective. I also thought it was a shame that I had to wait so long to be noticed when I wanted to pay. Finally, I went to the cashier and had to wait there too, because both waitresses were busy with pillowcases and decorations at empty tables inside. I have little sympathy for that on a Saturday lunchtime, during a busy time. Everything seemed dull and tiring. I was neither asked if I was satisfied nor given a friendly farewell – that used to be a matter of course and cordial. Only the comfortable chairs and benches remain positive, creating a good impression and being comfortable.
