On the downside, I specifi... read more This was my first time eating at Wendy's in over three years, and I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. The food was hot and tasty. On the downside, I specifically requested no ice in my soda, but it came with ice anyway. I was also surprised by how much the prices have risen over the years, though I know that price increases are common across the board. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely consider visiting this location again in the future.

Our order was handled quickly, and the food was warm when it was handed to us. Everything tasted fantastic, and we didn't encounter any issues. Overall, it's definitely one of the better fast food spots in the area.

I ordered a single cheeseburger, a small Coke, and the chicken Asiago Ranch Club, and my total was $17!

The customer service was poor and the staff appeared careless and u... read more I had a disappointing experience at the Wendy's located on Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam, NY. The customer service was poor and the staff appeared careless and unprofessional. I have photos of employees, who were acting as managers, handling food and money without wearing gloves. Despite the restaurant stating it opened at 7:00 AM, my order was never taken when I arrived around 7:10-7:15 AM. When I approached the staff to inquire, one of them was quite rude and again lacked proper hygiene practices. I plan to file an online complaint with Wendy's regarding this issue.
