I bought bar b que chicken And it was rotten meat. ???????????????????????????????? When i called to make a complain they told me the will have the manager call me when she have the time ????????????????????????????????

The service at this restaurant is poor. Customers always have to wait a long time for their drinks, food, and hookah. The food is average, but many customers are leaving because of the long wait times. It seems like the owners are not concerned about helping out in the kitchen or behind the bar, and would rather socialize. It's a shame to see so much potential in this place not being utilized. The owners need to pay more attention to what is going on and greet their customers with a simple hello. A friendly gesture like a smile, handshake, or a thank you goes a long way in making people feel welcome.

I ordered barbecue chicken at this restaurant and discovered that the meat was spoiled. When I tried to complain, I was told that the manager would contact me when she was available.

The food, portions, and service at this restaurant are all excellent. The wait for the food may be a bit long, but when it finally arrives, it smells and tastes amazing!

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The driver initially delivered the wrong food, then returned with the correct order only to find a dated tag inside my meal. The tag indicated that the food was prepared on Monday, even though I had ordered on a Friday. I questioned the freshness of the food and requested a refund. The bartender informed me that in order to receive a refund, the driver would need to come back and pick up the food, as if it were not worth keeping anyway. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this establishment.
