Every single time we go into this location half the flavors are down, machines turned around. The ones that are ?working? nothing comes out of, drips of liquid. And not a single sole is behind the counter to speak to. I?ve walked out 4x now and never once been able to try this place! It?s unbelievably disappointing. Do better please. View all feedback.
Many flavors the employees are so friendly and helpful great for kids and very clean bathrooms. My personal favorite is the cheese cake flavor

We decided on going out for frozen yogurt instead of soft serve after dinner. When we walked in the store, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was, it literally smelled fresh and clean. Unfortunately, it has not been so clean in the past. It was nice to see the store very busy on a summer Friday night. As soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted by an associate and asked if this was our first time visiting. She was very sweet and ready to assist our family. Disposable gloves were readily available to put on when using the machines and topping bar. The machines and topping bar were very clean. The associate behind the counter was pleasant and filled toppings as necessary. The associate who greeted us, cleaned tables and chairs as soon as customers were finished eating and left. It was nice to sit at a clean table and not get your arms sticky with someone's yogurt spill. The team working on the evening of July 15, 2022 should be commended. They were A , friendly, courteous and clean. We enjoy going to Sweet Frog. I certainly hope the store remains like it was last night!
We went today 10.16.22 and the entire place has been cleaned up and improved. There is new management and they have done such a great job taking care of everything. They have added new flavors and all the toppings are fresh and plentiful. Will definitely be back!
