I frequent this location pretty often. The staff has been friendly in each encounter I’ve had with them. I often order ahead on the app, and when I arrive my order is always ready and waiting for me to grab, which I love because that’s one of the main reasons I utilize the order ahead option. For the 2nd time in a row I ordered 2 orders one sliced bagels. one order of 3 everything and one order of 2 everything and one plain. once again I hot 6 everything. Apparently there is an issue with Brueggers reading an order. View all feedback.

The bagels were always a fantastic choice for our office breakfast! Everyone was satisfied.
The breakfast sandwiches were fantastic! They were cooked to perfection and arrived quickly.
For the second consecutive time, I ordered two items: one sliced bagel order and one order of three everything bagels, along with another order of two everything bagels and one plain. Once again, I received six everything bagels instead. It seems there’s a recurring issue at Bruegger's with accurately processing orders.
I visit this location quite often and have always found the staff to be friendly during my visits. I usually place my order through the app, and every time I arrive, my order is ready and waiting for me, which I really appreciate—it’s one of the main reasons I use the order-ahead feature. If you enjoy garden veggie cream cheese, I think theirs is the best around. Their breakfast sandwiches are also fresh and tasty.
