I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order of two wake-up wraps was poorly handled, as they were just thrown into one bag. At least I got my money back, but I didn’t receive an apology or any helpful service. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience—I'd suggest avoiding this place. The coffee wasn't good either.
If I could give no stars I would for very very rude customer service. I go to Dunkin everyday, sometimes 4—6 times a day. They need to learn how to talk to people at this location. Horrible
