The booking on the Internet did not work, then I wrote several emails and asked for confirmation. Nothing came. No reaction. No confirmation no booking. But then I have an invoice. Instead of coming up against me, you were evil and rude and guilty of me alone. I would have been happy if I had offered a new date for the money as an excuse or compensation, but not that. We cannot confirm that this hotel deserves 5 stars. Only the location directly on the beach is great, but extraordinary is no longer much. In the hotel that has come in the years, there is carpet everywhere in the rooms, which has come clearly in the years. Also on the wallpapers can be seen weak spots and also the furniture shows clear wear marks. Especially in the restaurant. Dogs are very welcome at this hotel. This is used by the guests. For non-dog owners it is not selectable whether you check in a room where dogs were or not before. But I could do that in the face of the carpets everywhere. Also the bathrooms are very antique over the marble of the sink is laid for protection a kind of plastic but also already so ramped that it looks pretty ashamed. Also the valves have been behind for many years of use. All in all, the hotel needs urgent renovation. The food in the restaurant is OK, however, the prices of the quality of food and the size of the portions are not appropriate. We have paid for 3 persons 250,00 € in the evening for a main course dessert or an appetizer main course 1 bottle of wine. As I said, we would like to pay for this quality, but that could not exist. Further evenings we returned to top restaurants in Scharbeutz. We had booked this hotel because of the wellness area in the hotel with massages and also some treatments booked. After we checked in and had already paid the room, it was mentioned on the way to our room in a lapidar ancillary that due to the disease of the entire wellness team all applications must be deleted without replacement. It is clear to us that this may happen in times of Corona, but before the guest checked in and paid the 5 days' stay... for a 5 star hotel that is absolutely no way. As an excuse, we had a bottle of Prosecco at the expense of the house in the room. However, we found this with the preliminary course little conciliation. As a plus point it can be mentioned that the transition to the spa directly in the bathrobe from the hotel is very pleasant with children. The service staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was OK but also not exceptional. In the last time round, everything was not always available from all foods and drinks. Conclusion: We have already lived in 4 star hotels with significantly better standard and higher cleanliness. For some older hotel visitors who made very good reviews here, this hotel certainly has something to do with Nostalgie. This has not happened to us. On the contrary.

For what we have paid total with half board and massage 2200€ for 3 people 2 nights so also no snack . On the phone you said check in earlier, we didn't do that. After further questions came Patty : well then we note the number and call , should be expected what was done earlier .On site they actually let us wait until 14:45 although my father is hard heart diseased and would simply have been happy about a bed but also that interested here would not be interested. When you left, you just said patty : well, they are not the only one who wants to go to the room earlier. And we have never experienced anything like that. We have always been troubled and made available to at least one room, which we would have paid for.Nextly with the rooms.We got a room on the ground floor have booked a room with lateral sea views, now we looked at a hedge straight at the restaurant with dishes and an impossible sound scene.The terrace we had to share with the next room!!!!!! In the morning at 6 .Everything other than relaxing .So we couldn't leave our terrace without climate system of course also a great sleep in the room .Everything I've never experienced so.Before the reception unfriendly and arrogant .We ourselves come out of the industry and run factories themselves. Back from a 4 night Chirstmas trip. The dinner was very good creative and tasty dishes. Breakfast, normal but they had fresh juices and lots of choice...

The hotel is located directly on the beach and from there it was close to returning to the terrace, enjoying the views and watching what the restaurant I believe has to offer a Michelin star. And we were not disappointed.Our waiter, Dominik, charming, friendly and very courteous, advised us and accepted the orders. What can I say? We were not disappointed. Whether Burger or Desserts.. everything was just top. So you can make it short. Great location, nice equipment, pointed staff, great food.. there I can only give 5 stars.
